Custom and personalized orders
We love creating custom and personalized shirts that feel truly personal! Many of our graphic tees and apparel designs can be customized with names, dates, titles, colors or other special details depending on the design.
Looking for a personalized gift, family shirt, custom graphic tee or something created for a special occasion? If you have an idea you don't see in our shop, send us a message before ordering. We're always happy to let you know what's possible.
Every personalized design is carefully reviewed for sizing, placement, color and overall balance so the finished piece looks intentional and professionally designed — not simply added to a standard template.
Sizing details
We want you to love the way your new piece fits! Because Shaye Collective offers several different apparel styles for men, women, youth and infants, sizing and fit can vary slightly by garment.
Please check the size chart included in each listing before ordering. We include measurements specific to the garment being offered so you can choose the best fit for you.
Many of our tees feature a comfortable unisex fit, while fitted women's styles may have a more tailored silhouette. If you're between sizes or unsure which sizes to choose, send us a message — we're always happy to help with sizing before you order.
Care instructions
To help your new graphic apparel look its best, wash inside out in cold water with like colors using a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry when possible.
Avoid bleach and fabric softener, and do not iron directly over the printed design. Avoid high heat when washing and drying to help preserve the print and garment.
Specific care recommendations may vary slightly by garment, so please refer to any care information included with your order.

Do the shirt colors look exactly like the photos?
We work hard to represent our apparel colors as accurately as possible using detailed product mockups and color guides. However, garment-dyed apparel can have natural variations in shade and finish, and colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Some of our most popular graphic tees feature a garment-dyed, lived-in finish, so subtle color variation is part of what makes each piece unique. If you're deciding between colors, feel free to message us before ordering — we're happy to help!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Each Shaye Collective piece is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because production and shipping times can occasionally vary, the estimated delivery timeframe shown on each Etsy listing is the best guide for when you can expect your order.
Many orders are produced and on their way quickly, but we prefer not to promise an exact production time that may be affected by order volume or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow it right to your door. If you need an order by a specific date, please message us before purchasing and we'll be happy to help determine whether the timing looks feasible.
Do you offer designs for men, women, youth and babies?
Yes! Shaye Collective offers graphic apparel for women and men, along with a growing selection of youth and baby styles. Available garments, sizes and colors vary by design, so please check each listing for the options currently offered.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Because each item is made especially for you when your order is placed, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change of mind.
HOWEVER, if there is ever any problem with your order, we absolutely want to make it right! If your item arrives damaged, has a printing issue, or you receive the wrong item, please message us right away with a photo and we’ll take care of you immediately.
